About Us

I grew up in Minnesota, land of 10,000 lakes. A state where “it’s just a little frostbite” was an acceptable turn of phrase. Now, I wake up to the sunshine of Austin, Texas, my fingers and toes completely thawed, my mind free from the fear of getting stuck in a snow bank during my morning commute, and my gratitude for life in the Lone Star State never ending.

After graduating from college with a major in theater, I spent the following years traveling for acting jobs, eventually landing in Los Angeles. I supplemented my income with a wide variety of customer service positions and developed a love for meeting and building quality relationships with new people. I discovered I am happiest when collaborating with others and having a positive impact on people’s lives. While in Los Angeles, I met my now wife and business partner, Jennifer Gilligan. Jennifer is an Austin, Texas, native, and when it came time to put down roots and start our life together, we knew without question it HAD to be in Austin. 

I love where I work and live. From the natural beauty of the land to the endless going-ons about town, I’m reminded everyday of how fortunate I am to call central Texas home. Most important, I’m passionate about helping people buy, sell, or invest in Texas real estate and work diligently to keep my clients informed and supported throughout the entire process.

I was raised in the incredible city of Austin, left the nest to attend college in Los Angeles and became a production coordinator in the film industry. I met my husband, Kevin Gilligan, while working at Warner Bros. Studios. As a production coordinator, I became well versed in communication, time management, and budgeting. While the film industry held a special place in my heart, I was yearning to help people more directly.

Kevin and I decided to take a leap of faith and chase our dream of owning our own business centering around helping people. I am happily in my element when creating structure and guiding our clients through every aspect of the home buying and selling process. 

It is truly a dream come true to be back in Austin with Kevin - my husband, best friend and business partner!  We are incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to actively empower people to confidently venture into the home buying and selling process. Kevin and I provide our home buyers and sellers ease, clear direction, and a cup of coffee every step of the way. 

My other passions include interior design, finding home décor deals, taking Lady (our pup) on endless hikes around Austin, and creating checklists with an iced Americano (or any type of coffee, for that matter) nearby.

• She prefers Mom & Dad in the SAME room at the same time… easier for her to keep track of them

• Adores all ages of humans and is relaxed with other dogs
